Project included mass grading, temporary erosion control measures, installing temporary gravel roadways, installation of water, sanitary sewer and gas utilities, installation of storm and drainage structures, and stabilization of exposed areas over an approximate 500 acre area in anticipation of an estimated $800 million facility.
ESE was retained by Eutaw Construction for on-site Geotechnical Engineering and in-place soil compaction testing on a 7 day a week 14 hours per day schedule from April 2014 through early 2015. Staffing included as many as 3 technicians and 1 on-site project manager on a daily basis.
Project included new construction of a five stories motel structure on a former pond site.
